About

“It doesn’t matter how beautiful your theory is, it doesn’t matter how smart you are. If it doesn’t agree with experiment, it’s wrong.” — Richard Feynman

Overview

This repository contains the source code and content for my personal blog. It serves as a structured record of my transition from academic research to the biotechnology industry.

Content Structure

The records are strictly categorized into three domains:

  1. Literature: Critical reviews of academic papers in genomics and molecular biology. The focus is on analyzing study designs, evaluating the validity of evidence, and identifying alternative hypotheses.

  2. Technology: Documentation of bioinformatics workflows, coding scripts, and data analysis pipelines. Primary topics include genomic resequencing, SNP calling, and GWAS.

  3. Thoughts: Objective reflections on personal development. This includes the logic of habit formation, efficiency optimization, and financial asset management.
